How Do I book?

Your booking process couldn’t be easier. To get started, have your photo id and proof of address to hand, visit the website. You then follow the process of choosing and confirming your ideal arrangement.

Do I need to pay a deposit when I make a booking?

Yes At the time of booking we will take a nonrefundable booking deposit to secure your room.

This will be deducted from your first rent Instalment.

Do I Need to Pay a security Deposit?

A security deposit of 1 months’ rent is due prior to move in on a nominated date. This is the security deposit and will be returned on move out once the room is handed back in the same way it was given and all rent is paid in full.

Do I need to pay for my Accommodation before I arrive?

Yes

You will need to pay 1 months’ rent in advance along with 1 months’ rent as a deposit The booking deposit paid at time of booking is deducted from the 1^st months rent .

Rent is then paid monthly in advance. Rent can also be paid in full or by instalments if preferred.

When should I book?

You should book well in advance to avoid disappointment as rooms are subject to availability.
